  4. We have oceans and I can swim in them and also my thirst is gifted with filtered water from our oceans.
  5. I am able to give and receive and have many forms of connections and relationships with amazing people.
  6. I can change the world and help make things better instead of worse.
  7. I can choose to be anything I want !
  8. I can create and explore and find new things that the rest of the world has not yet discovered.
  9. I can wake up everyday blessed just to be here alive and able to do anything.
  10. Every moment that goes by I am able to make the most memorable and worthwhile memories.
  11. I can love and spread light and smiles .
  12. I am one of a kind and unique and can do amazing things with and for myself.
  13. I decide on my life and only I do.

Make a list of the possibilities you hold and don’t limit yourself to small ones, we are given the opportunity to do whatever we want in this life and what makes us happy when we choose to open ours mind to it. This comes along with standing up for yourself and trusting your path.. People will always try to put their opinions and directions on your choices and you can always listen but you must remember you control your destiny and happiness…This is your life and not theirs… So own your own moments and never let someone’s darkness cloud over your light and stop your shine. You are designed to create amazing things and achieve what ever you dream of in this world, so hold on to your beliefs and fly high!

Today I Will Open my Heart to Express and Experience Love

‘I will know love when I realize…. I must open my heart if I want to feel love!

No words can bring back what you believe was taken from you or fix what you believe to be broken in your heart. No matter what is said, or how it is said, words cannot heal or open a heart that has been closed by pain. When your heart has been closed in anger or fear, only the power of love can open it.

There is absolutely no-thing anyone can say or do to make you trust them once they have betrayed you. You will not depend on someone once they have let you down. No matter how hard they may try, no one can find the words that will make you forgive them once you have decided you cannot. In either of these states, you are not open to love. You are holding on to grievances, judgements, expectations or demands. You seek punishment or revenge. And no matter what anyone may say or do, you will not feel fulfilled. In this state, you are not open to love. Instead you intent on the punishment of yourself and others.

Many of us have had the experience of shutting our hearts down. We do it unconsciously to protect ourselves. We do it in response to the pain of losing love. We do it to the ward off the desperation of unrequited love. You see, when a heart goes into shutdown, the love that is required can not come from someone else. It is a love you must bring forth from within yourself. This is the love required to heal, and it cannot get in or get out as long as you are holding on to grievances, judgements, expectations or demands.

Until today, you may have closed your heart to protect yourself. Just for today, open the doors of your heart. Release all grievances you are holding against others. Allow one person to do something nice for you, say something nice to you. If your heart does not open just a little bit today, try it again tomorrow.

Today I will open my heart to express and experience the love we deserve.’

Get Yourself Back on the Right Pathway.

Life isn’t always perfect and sometimes we fall into a hole or stumble off our pathway and we get lost a bit. Don’t be hard on yourself, because we’re only human and we make mistakes to learn from them. If you really want to get back on that golden pathway again, you are going to have to make some changes or accept what is and stay strong, because you can do it and move forward, with your head up. It takes some willpower and motivation to want to make things better. No matter what anyone says… I believe in you & you need to believe in yourself and who knows maybe you might just end up on a better path than you ever dreamed up. Everything happens for a reason and the things we go through makes us stronger and wiser. God gave the toughest battles to you, because he knows you can handle it.

Some simple actions and changes you can do to help things get better in your daily life and overcome your struggles.

  1. Try and listen to the ones around you more often. Sometimes we talk more than we choose to listen but when you talk you are repeating something you already know, and when you listen… you are learning something new.
  2. We often blur things out rather than focusing. Focus so you can start to see things clearly and the truth of your reality.
  3. Be honest with people and if you aren’t being honest with others then your not being honest with yourself.
  4. Love yourself before you love others. It takes time to explore and learn about yourself but in the end you can finally realize what makes you happy and what you truly love.
  5. Be loyal to the ones you love so they can trust and respect you and if you don’t feel that they apply those things in your life… they shouldn’t be in your life.
  6. Respect, communicate and love your mother.
  7. Be grateful and let others know it.
  8. Stand up for your life and voice yourself.
  9. Drop your harsh judgements on things and people because they are a reflection of yourself.
  10. Admire your beauty and others. Women should raise women up, not let jealousy and men bring them against each other.
  11. Don’t control anyone. If it’s forced it’s not a force.
  12. Put yourself in proper places so you can meet and connect with the people you need in your life because socializing and connections are very important in life.
  13. Have goals in place and reach them! This gives your life purpose and makes you feel good about yourself.
  14. Spend more time and help out your family.
  15. Say no if you don’t feel it…you are free to make any choice in your life and not feel bad about it or have to question yourself.
  16. Don’t people control you and walk all over you. You are human .. not a robot.
  17. Relax your mind and release those stressful thoughts that make your head feel tense.
  18. If you need help, don’t feel ashamed to ask for it and receive !
  19. Do your work and don’t over think everything. Let things flow together in peace while you wake up everyday feeling blessed to be alive and knowing everything will be okay… if it’s not okay … it’s not the end.

Find Your Inner Peace

Inner peace is a choice, and many of your habits determine how much peace you experience in your daily life. Balance is not only a thing you must achieve but it should also become your lifestyle. Everyday most of us spend our lives slaving towards a job and a life that brings chaos, stress and a constant feeling or worry of not being or having enough. These thoughts and efforts of trying to live up to some life or some person that isn’t truly who we are, is tiring, miserable and pointless.                     Do what makes you happy and find your inner peace. What and Who are you living for ? 

Here is a list of ways to make a change in your life to find your inner peace and bring balance into your lifestyle.

  •  Be true to yourself.  Forget about the materlistic things in life and living up to what everyone else wants you to do or be, these things will never make you happy. Be who you want to be, do what you want to do and live how you want to live. This is your life and you deserve to be happy.

  • Let go of the things you can’t control. We spend so much of our time trying to control people and things and when we can’t this can bring frustration and unhappiness. When you force something, it’s probably not meant to be. It’s when something flows together than that is a true force. Allow things to flow in and out of your life, because everything happens for a reason and if you let your higher power to align everything in place where it’s meant to be then you can be in peace.

  • Do good deeds and help others. What goes around come around, so doing something good  for the world or someone will always come back around and good things will happen to you! Helping someone is always the best feeling not only for them , but you too. In this world we take so much more than we give and you can make a change by being the person to give. Pay it forward to someone, when someone helps you. 

  • Exercise and eat healthy. The crap we intake into our bodies and then on top of that spend our nights sitting on a couch watching tv. Get out more and go for a run outside or at the gym. Physical activity is SO important for our bodies and without it we cannot be physically or mentally stable. Eating healthy is super important too, and keeping a healthy and balanced diet will help us live a life feeling good inside and out daily.

  • Meditate.  Taking 15 minutes out of your day to meditate is so helpful and will bring so much inner peace into your life. Most people think they don’t have time for it for just don’t believe in the power of meditation. It will truly change your lfie and help you discover a huge part of your inner self .

  • Remove toxic and negative people. This can be a really tough thing to do, letting go of people some times hurts, but when they are negative in your life or toxic and make you feel bad about yourself or everything is about them….It’s time to let go and meet people who will only bring peace and love into your life and love your for who you are.

  • Be assertive. Be upfront and honest with your ideas, needs and desires. Being passive results in having less control and having less control in your life can effect your inner peace in very negative ways. Don’t let others stand in your way, take full control… You are in chage and this is your life.ter to inner peace. Be bold without being aggressive.

  • Escape for a while. Read a novel, watch a movie, listen to music or even think about going on a vacation or doing something fun with your family or friends. Life is about having fun and laying on a beach, or colouring a picture or making a scrap book will bring out your creativity and bring in peace. 

  • Don’t take everything so serious. We live to impress people, when really we should just live to be happy and in peace. Forget about what anyone else thinks, smile , make jokes , be a weirdo, dress how you want, do what you want. No ones perfect and the ones that are judging you are miserable with theirselves. Live a little and just be yourself …. Don’t take everything in your life so serious, that won’t bring you peace.

  • Be Grateful. Be Grateful for everything you have in life and you will truly find yourself living in peace. Everyone’s lives has challeneges in it but we must not focus on only these and be weighed down by them. Count your blessings and even create a journal, to write the things you are grateful for everyday. These things will alwats bring you peace inside and out.

  • Listen to music. It doesn’t matter what type of music it is, but find the type of music that soothes your soul and makes you feel so peaceful and calm inside. Sometimes it can be the melody or for other it can be the lyrics, either way mus always helps people find a peace of their selves.

  • Breathe. When you focus on your breathing, your mind’s attention is drawn to the life-enhancing process of drawing in air and exhaling. Take five long, deep breaths and focus on your lungs and diaphragm as you do this. This is a quick and easy way to instantly feel calm and peaceful.

  • Self Love.  The more we like ourselves, the greater our peace of mind. We accept ourselves more and feel at ease in the world, no matter what situation we find ourselves in. We experience less insecurity and as a result, our inner peace is heightened.

  • Love Unconditionally. When you don’t expect anything back, it makes it easier to love without fear. When we love with conditions attached, our unmet expectations can create inner turmoil and feelings of resentment. Insecurities destroy peace of mind.

Body, Mind and the Spirit. We are connected .. We are one… We are unique ..We are. In this world 90% of the population finds their selves unhappy or struggles daily, with a mental or physical sickness. Why do people sadly find their selves dealing with these problems? Everyday we find ourselves doing the same thing over and over again and listening to the demands and beliefs other people tell you how to live your life. Parents, Cops, Judges, Prime Minister, and Authority etc.. tells us, we have to do this to be able to live there way and live up to all these demanding living costs. I look around everywhere and see people that aren’t smiling or enjoying their selves at all. They are listening to what someone else says or needs them to do..all the time. OR their heads are facing down into a screen that builds a wall around us, disconnecting from socializing with the people right in front of us. We listen to our minds, because he told me this and she told me that … So we stop listening to our hearts. We stop exploring ourselves within and forget the things our souls love to do. We stop going outside and exploring the beautiful calm nature and instead we follow everyone else and become addicted to using technology. Personal connections and relationships in our lives make us happy and now the world has lost those real connections in person and blocked them through communicating looking at a glass screen. Laughing with people and interacting full fills our soul over staring through a screen. We stop focusing about what I want to do, What do I like?What do I need? How does this make any sense? It doesn’t , everyone is just to busy with their heads down to see or care what is actually going on.

It’s time to make changes in your life and think outside of the box and see what everyone else cannot.. It’s time for you to become successful, happy and help change this world, but the first change you need to begin with is within yourself.

Start with a 15 minute MEDITATION everyday! You will experience peace within the mind and relaxation through your body. You will start to alternate/ shift and raise your vibrations within your world from the way you are beginning to transform and become aware of everything. You will open up freedom to flow right on through to you and you will feel a peace, calmness and happiness that you haven’t felt or understood in your entire being. It takes time and practice but letting go and accepting, to make room for new and better things in your life is the best thing you could do for yourself NOW.
